When designing a pool, you need to think about location – first and foremost:

The location for your pool or spa should be the first thing you think about when discussing options with a designer, which will allow you to move on to other factors like shape and size. If you have the space on your property, it may be good idea to place your pool slightly off center so that you don’t take up the entire yard.
